Building & Applying DEI Strategies - Case Study #1 & #2
Based on insights gained through the GDEIB [Advanced Level]
Nene Molefi

The Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) offer a strategic developmental approach to assessing and building out a (G)DEI strategy. They provide a comprehensive framework for assessing and advancing inclusion work.
Intended for practitioners already familiar with the GDEIB, this intensive workshop moves beyond theory to practical application, helping you translate GDEIB insights into actionable strategies and sustained change within an organization.
This course will run on Monday and again on Tuesday with a different case study featured each day. Those who wish to double their practice are welcome to attend both days.
Registration opens mid-June
In this course, you will learn how to help yourself and those you work with so that you/they can better:
- Identify priority areas for intervention,
- Design strategies and change plans that align with organizational goals,
- Build internal capacity and accountability structures for inclusion work, and
- Conduct iterative follow-up and measurement to steer sustainable change.
You’ll also practice navigating common challenges including resource constraints, competing priorities, and stakeholder resistance.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a Certificate of Participation listing 6 contact learning hours.
