The Institute for Developing Across Differences (IDD) offers programs, training and peer connection opportunities so that you can better help the individuals and organizations you work with to transform Differences into more effective ways of communicating, working, and prospering together.

Unique Programming

like our official Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) Certified Practitioner program, where — in addition to earning your professional certification — you’ll learn and connect with experts and peers from around the world to grow your own practice as a Differences specialist.

To live our values and be more effective, we need to challenge our assumptions, and learn from and work with one another around the world. The IDD aims for representation and a presence in every region in order to offer truly Different perspectives.

Accessible, inclusive, inspirational community

We provide connection and support in addition to deep learning for practitioners, academics and all other Differences Specialists. The IDD is open to all in the field—and welcomes those new to it—with opportunities tailored to your experience level.

World-class faculty

We convene best-in-class faculty—both practitioners and scholars, established experts and emerging stars alike— from around the world. IDD experts are recognized by their peers as outstanding leaders in the greater Differences field.

Redefining state of the art
