SCHOLAR, TRAINER & CONSULTANT TO GLOBAL LEADERS

Intercultural Communication + Global Competence + Inclusion

Joyce Osland is an internationally renowned intercultural management expert, educator, and founder of the Global Leadership Advancement Center and assessment-centered Global Leadership Lab in Silicon Valley.

Dedicated to the study of business and society, Joyce’s work focuses on understanding and developing global leaders—C-suite and otherwise—as individuals who successfully influence complex multinational entities to work together synergistically across cultural boundaries and differences to achieve shared goals.

Her research explores and benchmarks what these “extreme leaders” have in common—core dispositions, advanced cognitive schema, and acquired behaviors—that enable them to perform at measurably higher levels.
