100% Self-Paced Edition ​ GDEIB Practitioner Certification

A new way to become a GDEIB Certified Practitioner and demonstrate your expertise

Beginning in May 2026, you can master the Gold Standard of DEI benchmarks at the times that work best for your schedule, with up to three weeks to complete the program.

The self-paced edition of the program is for you if…

  • You prefer to learn at your own pace rather than in scheduled sessions,
  • You need flexibility in terms of when you review content and practice applying it,
  • You want to avoid “Zoom fatigue”, or
  • You learn best when you can do deep work.

 

As with the Live version of the program, you’ll have the same access to our

  • Outstanding expert content,
  • Case study-based learning an practice activities,
  • Rigorous testing to ensure your readiness and mastery of program content, and
  • Membership in the global GDEIB CP Community upon completion.

100% Self-Paced Edition Participation Requirements

  • Monthly Cohorts:  The 100% Self-Paced Edition of the GDEIB Practitioner Certification program is available each month.

  • Live Onboarding:  To access the program in our Learning Platform, you must attend a 30-minute live online onboarding session. This requirement ensures you have the key information necessary for how the program works before you begin.

  • Onboarding Session Availability & Timing:  Onboarding sessions are offered monthly at three different times on the same day, each for 30 minutes, to accommodate your schedule and time zone. The current schedule is as follows: Onboarding Sessions are 7:30-8am, 2-2:30pm UTC, 6-6:30pm UTC. See upcoming Onboarding dates here (subject to change).

  • Program Duration:  Following the Onboarding Session, You will have up to three (3) weeks or 21 days to complete the program content and the final timed exam. If you wish to finish earlier, you may do so.

  • Timed Final Exam:   As with the Live Session version of the program, after completing all other program content, you will have a 72-hour window to take and finish a 60-minute timed final exam. Before taking the final exam, you will have a chance to see the types of questions asked and practice answering these.
