Nehrwr Abdul-Wahid helps organizations dedicated to building vibrant and equitable communities—international corporations, government agencies, local municipalities, educational institutions and nonprofits—recognize diversity and multicultural competence-building as sources for greater team effectiveness in the workplace and community. 

A talented speaker, master trainer, coach, and organizational culture consultant, Nehrwr has received national recognition in the U.S. for the programs at the University of Minnesota’s Diversity Institute and is a recipient of the annual IDI Intercultural Competence Award. His work focuses on effective cross-cultural bridging, conflict mediation, leadership development, team-building, authentic dialogue, and non-traditional intercultural development methods.
