This 19-25 June 2022, the Institute, together with the University of Groningen/Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and other partners, will organize an advanced training and knowledge creation event for individuals (trainers, scholars, practitioners) whose work is to help people and organizations advance the embrace of differences as a source of strength in the workplace, at home, and in society at large.
The Developing Across Differences (DAD) Learning Lab and Community Week uses an experiential approach to help practitioners and scholars from various specializations within the greater ‘Differences field’ learn from one another so that we might increase our effectiveness in working with our respective audiences. Certificates will be available.
The IDD’s Developing Across Differences program, running 19-25 June in Groningen, NL is equal parts:

⇔ Experimentation and deep learning forum, and
⇔ Community-building.
