GDEIB CERTIFICATION

7 key steps

All you need to do to start the process, gain critical insights and skills, and become recognized for your mastery of the GDEIB:

1. Apply –  Using this link, share more about your motivation, experience and qualifications for the Institute to review.

2. Register If your application is accepted, you’ll need to complete the registration process using the instructions provided in your acceptance notification.

Enrollment, including payment, must be completed at least two weeks prior to the start date or you may forfeit your spot.

3. Pre-Program Assessment – One week before the program start date, you will be given access to the GDEIB Certification learning platform to conduct an initial assessment of your familiarity with the GDEIB principles and approaches.

This assessment is required and must be completed in order for you to unlock the rest of the program content.

4. Self-Study Assignments –  Explore and carefully review the content in each of 4 Self-Study chapters following the schedule provided. Be sure to do this and prior to each Live Session since the in-person lessons will build on this content.

(8 hours total including the Pre-Program Assessment and Qualifying Assessment Examination)

5. Live Sessions  Attend and participate in the entirety of each of 3 expert instructor-led online Live Sessions on Tuesday (3 hours), Wednesday (3 hours) and Thursday (2 hours + 1 optional bonus hour).

The instructor(s) will use interactive methods inviting your inputs and interactions along with your fellow cohort members. You will have the opportunity to share your own experiences, learn from others, and ask questions while exploring the GDEIB and how to apply them.  (8-9 hours total)

6. Qualifying Assessment (Examination) – Following the final Live Session and within a 36-hour window, you will have 1 hour to complete a timed online examination that measures your mastery of the GDEIB content and insights gained during the certification process. With a passing score (75/100), you will be considered an official GDEIB Certified Practitioner and assigned a unique identifying badge number.

This duration is good for a three year period and can be renewed at that time.

7. Post-Program evaluation – You will be issued your certification in the form of a uniquely numbered and verifiable certificate and badge once you complete a brief post-program feedback evaluation to inform future certification efforts. This is a program requirement.
