Live Online Onboarding

Onboarding Session - To fully access the program in our Learning Platform, you must attend a 30-minute live online onboarding session. This ensures you have the key information necessary for how the program works before you begin.

Learning Platform Content Access

"How It Works" content on the Learning Platform - This will become available 72 hours prior to your Onboarding Session date (and pending completion of your enrollment). We strongly encourage you to review this content prior to the Onboarding Session. This will allow you to be prepared for and focused in that session and will answer many questions you may have. 

Full Program content on the Learning Platform -  Immediately following your Onboarding Session, Learning Platform content is available for you to access for self-paced Self Study. This begins with an untimed Baseline Assessment to help you determine where you may want to focus your efforts. You may return to it as often as you would like. Once you complete the Baseline Assessment, you will “unlock” all other program content.

Practice & Application (P&A) Sessions - In lieu of live instruction, you will undertake a series of activities designed to help you deepen your understanding of the GDEIB, explore different approaches for working with it, and strengthen your critical thinking and decision-making about how to adapt the Benchmarks to a specific organizational context. Our experienced senior facilitators will review your submissions and respond to your questions. 

Final Qualifying Assessment Exam - This is available for you to access following the completion of P&A Session #3. It is a 60-minute timed exam (with a 5-minute buffer) that must be completed in one sitting. Prior to accessing the final exam, you will have detailed information on what you can expect in it, what to do in the event of unexpected technical difficulties, plus several optional sample questions that you can answer prior to beginning the exam. 

Program Duration - You have up to three (3) weeks / 21 days to complete the program including the final exam.

We take certification seriously.
To ensure that you’re qualified according to rigorous standards that truly enable you to work with the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) with confidence, official certification is awarded upon successfully meeting these program components:

  1. Attending in full the 30-minute Onboarding Session.
  2. Completing the Baseline Assessment in the online learning platform.
  3. Completing all self-study content / assignments using the online platform.
  4. Completing and submitting responses for all Practice & Application exercises.
  5. Passing the qualifying assessment examination (75 or more of 100 points).
  6. Submitting a brief post-program evaluation survey.
